I am an international student without EU citizenship who has completed my undergraduate studies in Finland and wants to apply for a master's program in Germany. I would like to ask if anyone in a similar situation has applied for a German visa in Finland and could answer my questions. I currently have one offer, but I am still waiting for another offer from another university. Can I use offer A to apply for a visa first, and then ultimately go to the university with offer B? Will there be any problems with this?
