Hard time finding replacement parts Brother KH 585
Knitters in Europa, do you know shop with a good assortment of brother parts? Couple of weeks ago the wheel brushes in my Brother KH 585 strikerplate broke down.
The only seller I can find is in Hong Kong. The brushes are €30 a piece. I need 2. Add package and posting and tariffs and those 2 parts will be more expensive than the machines. I love the KH 585 but this frustrates me. Especially because they will require regular replacement, I believe.
Wheel brushes for later models are easily available on amazon but they are connected differently. Maybe someone has a hack to use the new brushes in an older machine?
