I’ve been going to the gym for almost a year now and was consistently using this cable machine. However, one day, I used a different machine where the plates were labelled in lbs instead of unitless numbers and I was so (pleasantly) surprised when I could lift 80+ lbs on the same exercise when I typically lifted 35 (in what I assumed were lbs but now thinking they were actually kgs).

If this is the case, I’ve been severely underestimating my strength lol
