How should I celebrate my 19th bday?

So im turning 19, and im trying to plan something out with my friends.
My birthday will be on a sunday and im pretty sure my friends wanna go to a club or somewhere like that.
The Roxy will be open but I dont know what type of music they have, I heard its mainly country? Which im not the biggest fan of.
Im up for anything really that involves drinking lol so I was thinking maybe gretas bar, karaoke, or a club (one of my friends also suggested 1710)
I dont wanna just go to a club i wanna do something fun but idk my options
If you have any suggestions or know of a fun place please let me know! Any suggestions are helpful
