Inspired by all of you and looking for suggestions
Hey dudes, dudettes, and everyone in between! I just spent a bit of time on this sub and I’m super inspired by what some of you can do… damn!
I wanted to ask for some suggestions. I’m relatively flexible compared to an average person, but I’d really like to take things up a notch now that I also started to seriously weight train + cardio. Where should I start from? Are there any creators/resources/books/online (affordable) programs you suggest?
