Need advice !!
Hello,
I am posting there for a friend.
Her grown adult 21 yr old son is making her life a living hell. He comes and goes in and out of her house any time of the day or night.
He invites anyone he wants over to stay or spend the night without asking.
He eats all of the food up in her house and doesn’t provide any help. He has a job but doesn’t help her financially at all, he spends all the money on things for himself and he is also doing drugs and drinking.
He basically does whatever he wants to and she is a single parent and the father is not in the picture so he just walks all over her and has been abusive physically to her in the past so it’s to the point that she is scared of him. I’m tired of my friend being so drained and she can’t even sleep because he is in and out of the house all night. I’ve been trying to tell her to go get eviction papers and a restraining order against him but she is so hesitant and indecisive about everything. We are in Nashville, TN just for a little info on the location i am posting from.
What’s the best advice to give her about her situation ??
