Makeup for sensitive skin

A patient has asked me for recommendations for makeup for her sensitive skin. States her eyeliner causes her eyes to itch and water. Any favorites?

2027 proposed Medicare cuts

Has anyone’s employer discussed how they plan to handle employment contracts if the proposed Medicare reimbursement changes go through? I’m curious whether practices are planning to adjust compensation, productivity expectations, or other contract terms.

Low dose isotret

Hi everyone!! 27 yo F with a history of cystic back acne, papulopustlar rosacea, and forehead congestion. I have only been on low dose accutane for 6 weeks and I am so happy with me results. It’s exactly what my oil acne prone skin needed! I get sooooo many compliments on my skin. (Photos for reference have no makeup, just skincare)

I am on 20 mg daily. My back acne is mostly clear. I work in derm and this is what has worked for me.

- Vanicream gentle cleanser (AM/PM)
- Bioderma oil cleanser (PM - use as a second cleanser - mostly only reach when I wear sunscreen or makeup)
- vanicream facial moisturizer (AM/PM)
- LRP cicaplast (AM)
- Elta MD sunscreen stick 50 SPF (everyday sunscreen)
-LRP cicaplast UV (only reach when I’m going to be outside all day like at the beach or a baseball game)
- I will once a week use the cervae healing ointment as a mask at night and rinse in the AM when I feel dry.

- for lips I enjoy the glymed hydrating lip balm or aquaphor.

This medication has been life changing over the past couple of weeks. I have tried everything! I have very sensitive, combo skin! I’m so happy with low dose!
