Hello guys. I'm currently working as a Multimedia Designer. Photo, Video shoot, video editing, graphic design, store branding etc etc as long as it includes media. They currently pay me 3000aed 6days a week sometimes I need to come in sunday for shoot. I feel underpaid for the job workload.. do you have any advice or tips? is someone here working onthe same field?

Hello guys. I'm just new here in UAE. I'm trying to build my portfolio as a Creative/Multimedia Designer/Marketing. I can't land a good paying job they require local experience here so I'm going to build my profile until I land my first client.

First thing first. Do I need a freelancing license upfront to start?

Second thing. Are you guys interested for a free video, poster, social media content, strategy, meta ads (your budget), social media managing etc etc as long as I can put it in my UAE portfolio.

I've been noticing more companies showcasing printed stone slabs for kitchen countertops lately, and I'm curious what people in the industry actually think.

From what I've seen, they seem to offer a lot more flexibility in design compared to traditional surfaces, especially for unique marble looks and bookmatched patterns.
