other reasons for nausea?

okai i just made a post about my nausea but i realized when my SIBO was at its worst (nonstop sulfur farts and extreme constipation) i didn’t really experience that much nausea. but currently i haven’t had too bad symptoms as i’ve been following low fodmap and avoiding triggers but my nausea has picked up the last few weeks. i was wondering if there is anything else potentially causing it in anyone’s experience. i think my anxiety ends up making it worse since i have a fear of vomiting . but i’ve also been getting lightheaded, short of breath, and dizzy. i know i am anemic and take iron supplements. i don’t eat gluten, dairy, avoid sugar and sugar alcohols , tend to eat lower than 100g of carbs. i am confused😞

Eating too much?

hi i have the methane SIBO type and i get really bad constipation and recently i have found that eating in general even a normal amount 3 meals a day no snacks nothing super triggering makes me feel really full and nauseous and then i get hard time breathing and my throat gets tight probably from anxiety, but i was wondering how to avoid this nausea even if im eating a regular amount. do i minimize my number of meals or how much im eating during a meal or should i see if there is something else going on? its been making me very nervous feeling so sick all the time. 😞
