Do you guys ever think about having a seizure then basically give your self the placebo effect and then constantly feel like your gonna have a seizure all day and can’t function and just fall into a pit and constantly worry.

I got diagnosed with epilepsy after having a bad brain injury, I had one seizure but do yall have any recommendations?
