Looking for anyone that's willing to put in the effort to get to Forever Friends level. Stuff happens, so i understand you might not be able to do things every day, just don't want to be ghosted.

Does anyone attend these council meetings, and if you do do you ask questions? I was reading through the next agenda and it's pretty ambiguous. Do they let citizens ask questions? I'm new to the whole process but want to be more involved.
