Just diagnosed with several cancerous lesions on my prostate. I’m 60. The lesions are Gleason level 6 and 7 (3+4). I’ve gotten 2 different doctors to review the results. One recommended removal and the other said I could do radiation or removal. Im reticent to go all in on removal due to the recovery time involved. Leaning towards MRI guided SBRT. The MRI I have says the lesions may have moved off of my prostate and may have some issues with nerve sparing if we do the removal. Looking for anyone who may have similar issues and what choices you made. Thank you in advance.
