Noob needing help

I've been working on trying to get fit this year after realizing I gained 30 lbs over the winter. I work from home and a lot of the time I just have to sit and wait. Currently I do 2 set of 25 curls at 20 lbs every hour while working. 50 push ups daily, 25 before lunch then 25 after lunch and 50 crunches the same way 25 before lunch and 25 after. I've never been a gym person and honestly have no idea how to actually work out. I've lost 15 lbs already but feel like I could do better but at this point don't know what to do.
