Low GPA

Feeling very hopeless about this cycle because of my low comprehensive GPA, so I wanted to ask for honest advice. Has anyone seen applicants get accepted in recent years with a similar profile?

Overall GPA: 3.51
Comprehensive GPA: 3.00
INBDE: Passed on first attempt
TOEFL: 5 ( R- 4.5, L- 5, W- 5, S- 5 )
Currently doing a 5.5-month clinical preceptorship
Completed a few CE courses
Worked as a dental assistant for 19 months
Worked as an associate dentist for 8 months back home
U.S. Citizen

I have already applied to 10 schools and am planning to apply to a few more this month.

Is it still possible to get accepted into an advanced standing program with this GPA if the rest of the profile is okay? Any honest advice, suggestions, or encouragement would mean a lot.
