Not good at this and just wanted/needed to talk
So I (M 29) had this nightmare a couple of days back and I can't get it out of my mind. I'm fairly certain it was just a nightmare but it felt so real, even now I'm sick on my stomach over the contents of this dream. I was in the front passenger seat of a car, i was a good two or three feet shorter than in real life putting me at around three to four feet tall. I remember feeling scared, and I looked over to the driver seat and there was a man there that I didn't recognize but I knew I didn't like him. When I looked over at him he leaned over and started to touch me; I felt his hands hot against my chest and i started to try and fight back and scream for help, this goes on for a while with more touching and then everything goes black and I'm standing along side the road with his car in front of me. The man is on the other side of the car from me dressed in a dark jacket and white shirt, he has short dark hair and some stubble on his face. I notice he is smirking at me as I fumble to try and pull a coat on because I'm shaking with fear and rage as this man just smirks at me, then I woke up. I can't get his smirking face or the feeling of his hands out of my mind even now almost three days after the nightmare, as I sit here typing this I feel like puking. Sorry about the post, I just needed to get this out there and see if talking about it would help.
