took delivery of the GH Hybrid max last week... just checked the engine oil and noticed that the grand highlander dip stick bent slightly near the bottom.. i am not talking about the twist near the top... is this normal?

Has anyone used a Oil filter wrench to remove the oil filter? if so, please share what size you are using? i asked AI and it said "64mm 14 Flute Oil Filter Wrench"? kindly confirm. Also please confirm if there is any room to stick the oil filter wrench and turn it??? I have the GH hybrid max platinum. Thanks in advance.
