I got banned for impersonation, appeal instantly denied in the app, I went through the feedback thing and they gave me this exact same e-mail 2 weeks ago, I tried to follow up to no response. I opened another ticket and this is where I am again. I am hoping I just got unlucky last time but I am not sure if they even give it a second review at this point, knowing TikTok.
hey so uhm i got banned like 2 weeks ago for impersonation on tiktok and ive been trying to appeal, i had no past violations or anything. i submitted an appeal in the app - no response; i submitted an appeal through the feedback form thing and got a response saying it was being forwarded for a "thorough second review", its been almost 2 weeks since then and ive heard nothing! i was a fan edit account for a singer i liked, my name was my real name and i never claimed to be them?? does anyone have any tips on where i should go from here?
UPDATE: i submitted another appeal and it was auto rejected by ai, i dont know what to do im so sad right now
UPDATE 2: went to the feedback form, got a reply asking for proof of ownership, tried to send it and it said i cant reply to the email even tho the email told me to (turns out even tho it said the email didnt get sent it did and tiktok sent me some copy and paste "thorough second review" again)
