Normal tissue on ultrasound but lump is still very present and palpable

I (26f) was sent for a repeat of mammogram and ultrasound. They didn’t do the repeat mammogram because my last had me at category d dense tissue. Repeat ultrasound came up as normal. But lump is still very present that you can see it on the outside of my skin. I have follow up with my surgeon who most likely won’t even try the biopsy. I can schedule and mri but is it even worth it at this point. I feel like I’m going crazy. For history wise I have a great great aunt that got breast cancer at 17 then have had multiple of my grandmothers siblings get breast cancer around 30 then my maternal grandfathers sisters have both had breast cancer at fairly young ages.

Mammogram is finally scheduled but lump is a lot bigger that it’s visible to the eye

So I posted about how my surgeon that wants a biopsy postponed it because he wanted new imaging. It’s now scheduled but now you can see my lump by just looking down at it. And there’s now a burning sensation from my nipple up to my armpit? Like it feels like my skin is gonna melt off but it’s not feverish or red it’s just a sensation. There’s no itching. The lump doesn’t hurt it’s like my skin and tissue. I had to take my bra off today because I felt like it was burning off. Idk if it’s from the lump being bigger or what. But it’s like the whole top half of my boob. Has anyone else experienced this because I feel a little insane explaining it to my husband.

Lump was finally found

So I made a post about my lump playing hide and seek at my last appt. Today I had another appointment because it showed back up and is near my lymph nodes. My surgerion told me he wants to get more targeted scans of it before he will even attempt to biopsy. But my nipple has recently started have a burning sensation around it. Hopefully I will have answers soon.

Update: now the hospital is saying they most likely won’t approve my mammogram because of age (26) even though that’s what the surgeon wants done most. The most frustrating is the fact that my great great aunt got breast cancer at 17 then I have so much cancer that runs in my family. And I’m self pay so it’s not like they have to go through insurance. I understand not wanting to expose me to radiation but this is important.

Lump disappeared day of appointment

So I was scheduled for a biopsy because my mammogram showed I have class D dense tissue and with the breast changes the lump needed biopsied. The lump decided that day to play hide and seek so they couldn’t feel it so no point in trying to biopsy it and it came back two days later. They told me if it came back to give them a call but nerves of it playing a disappearing act again I haven’t.

Recently I discovered a lump in my right breast from my armpit area down to my nipple. This lump has completely made the tissue of my underboob none existent and has been pushing my nipple in. I went to the doctor today and she was very concerned. Which in turn made me nervous. I have a long line of females in my family getting breast cancer. I’m trying to get scheduled for my mammogram and my ultrasound. The lump is hard and the size of a key fob(thank my husband for the comparison) I’m hoping things are fine but I’m at the point where my boob just looks like a mass over my nipple. I think I’m just more so at the point where I’m looking for reassurance that maybe it’s not horrible
