I personally reported an incident involving him to law enforcement after an encounter in San Antonio. In addition, multiple people have publicly shared allegations against him online. One of the screenshots attached is from someone describing an alleged sexual assault after they say they were blacked out. There are also posts criticizing his response to those allegations.
I'm sharing these screenshots so people can make informed decisions and be cautious. If you choose to read through them, please remember that allegations should be evaluated carefully and that official investigations are handled by law enforcement.

Hi everyone, I am posting this as a matter of public safety for women, nightlife patrons, and the local acting/service industry community in San Antonio.
On the night of Wednesday, July 15, into the early morning of Thursday, July 16, 2026, I was a patron at O’Death Cafe (3851 Culebra Rd). A little before 2:00 AM, an acquaintance named Nickwolf (Nickwolff) Quintana offered to drive me home because my cell phone lacked data. The bartender and several patrons witnessed us leaving together.
Instead of driving me home, he drove into the parking lot of the H-E-B (not far from my address) and stopped the vehicle.
When I realized what was happening and told him I was calling the police and leaving, he forcibly snatched my mobile phone out of my hand to trap me and prevent me from calling for help. He then touched my thigh without my consent. I had to physically fight back to grab my phone, break free, and escape his car before he sped off.
Suspect Details: • Name: Nickwolf / Nickwolff Quintana (Goes by "Nickwolf") • Physical Description: Male, approx. 5'3" to 5'5", short brown hair, bluish-brown eyes. • Vehicle: Small, gray passenger car. • Known Spaces: Local acting community, San Antonio bars/cafes. • Social Media
Please be incredibly careful around this individual. If you frequent O'Death Cafe, local casting calls, or nightlife spots on Culebra or Wurzbach, do not accept rides from him or trust him AT ALL.
If anyone else has had a similar experience with him, please contact the San Antonio Police Department and reference this incident. Stay safe.
Update, I found out that he's a small actor here in San Antonio TX.
I filed an anonymous report because I don't really like talking with police.
