Eg4 6000xp Max Bypass

So I'm thinking about installing a EG4 6000xp, because of the rave reviews and all in one. The inverter will be connected to the grid as well (!o back feeding thought).

My question is, that it would be nice if the system was able to provide power to the whole house so I don't have to pick critical circuits when the power goes out. But the 6000xp only has a 50A max grid bypass. Does that mean, if I have more 50A of usage happening at one time, the break will pop even if it's on grid bypass mode?

Our total panel is 200A. We obviously don't use that much current at anytime but likely do go over 50A when dryer, oven and AC are running.

My ideal case is that the EG4 would be able to provide power to the whole panel, and in a case of an outage, we would just be mindful to use certain circuits at the same time.

I have a regular on-grid system (as in normal electricity from an electric company), but I want to add a completelyoff grid solar system to charge my EV (Level 2 charging). Can I buy a system like this?

How does the grouding work? I've read you don't want two grounding rods to avoid a ground loop. Do I need to connect my solar system to the existing (on-grid) ground rod? I was planning on having my solar inverter/batteries pretty far from the existing (on-grid) panel.

Very confused on how to set this system up. Thank you.
