I live in Maryland and I am trying to find this number. I need this number for my Insurnace to cover my prescription. I tried to transfer the prescription to a new pharmacy they still need this number.I called multiple Medicare helplines numbers and none of them are any help they never heard of this number. It’s not my Medicaid ID and it’s not my member ID there is no number that is on my card that could be this. I don’t know much other then this number also start with a 4. Any help ???
