My old boss left the company I still work at almost a year ago now. They asked me before to send a spreadsheet of information to them for their current job that is the same industry (property management). I did it once, and now they have asked me again. I feel awkward doing it and I feel like I could get fired for it. How do I tell them no? Also, this ex boss is still a friend, so it's more complicated.
