I scored 200 in Category C2 UR. I saw that last time the cut off of spot rounds for some colleges in DU went till 170s. But since there's a lot a lot of hue and cry about the avg scores increasing this year- do I have a real shot at DU?

Which certificate is it asking in the first option? I don't have any provisional certificate
I have downloaded my degree from digilocker and also have marksheet what should be uploaded in the second option?
Are digital documents allowed? Both degree and marksheet digitally signed?
I filled as general category in the cuet pg application. Can I apply now for OBC NCL in the DU application?
If yes, is an income certificate also required along with obc ncl?
