Long story short, I used to live in the USA as a minor in 2016-2019 on a dependent visa (parent was on a work visa). Towards the end of 2018 we applied and received a green card (my category is E10). After that my parents work moved us suddenly to a different country and I or them have not gone back to live in the US since. Reasons as to why I was unable to go back was 1. a minor and a dependent of my parents and 2. in tertiary education when I became a legal adult.

Post graduation, I would like to consider working and living in the US, but that would mean I need a visa. Would a returning resident visa even be applicable for my situation so I can regain permanent residence?
