Looking for GovCon small businesses to beta test an AI-powered proposal and opportunity management tool
Hi everyone!
We’re C&P Imperium Enterprise LLC, a small business involved in government contracting.
Over the past several months, we’ve been developing an internal AI-powered command center to help us manage government contracting opportunities, supplier outreach, proposal preparation, and deadlines.
We’re now exploring making a customized version available to other small businesses in the GovCon space.
What does it do?
Opportunity Tracking: Organize SAM.gov, DIBBS, state, and local contracting opportunities in one dashboard.
AI Employees: Assist with opportunity research, supplier
discovery, follow-ups, and reporting.
Supplier Management: Track vendor outreach, quotes, responses, and outstanding requirements.
Proposal Readiness: Organize solicitation requirements, deadlines, compliance checks, and submission progress.
Executive Dashboard: See your active opportunities, urgent tasks, sourcing progress, and outstanding blockers.
We’re looking for our first 10 beta testers.
We’re offering a $150 pilot to work with your existing company and test a customized version of the system.
The goal is to help businesses spend less time manually tracking opportunities and more time pursuing contracts they can realistically fulfill.
The system would operate in your own Google Workspace environment, with access provided to C&P for setup and configuration.
We’re particularly interested in small government contractors, resellers, and subcontractors who are already pursuing federal, state, or local opportunities.
This is an early beta, not a finished commercial product. We want to learn what actually works for other contractors and improve it based on real-world feedback.
