Dear wonderful HVAC professionals. I have a question on whether it is at all possible to install a portable air conditioner unit with an exhaust pipe would be possible on these windows. They are pretty common in Finland, alas my googling has not found a solution (might be I don’t know what keywords to be using). We think we might be able to remove the suspension rods so then it would just lie flat out but seeking advice on if it’s doable otherwise.

Edit to add, this is a rental so we can’t remove the pane and install somthing else and alas can’t drill on the windowsill.
