11 month old male basset either wants us in the room if he isn't with us, or wants to go out of the room if we are in it together and won't settle even if he has had enough stimulation for the day and is overtired. He also wants to go outside and then sometimes just rips plants up so we chase him.
Anyone else experienced similar and any tips?
