Hi I'm looking to get into the trucking industry,

I'm looking for what documents I should get before going to cdl training school and what companies do you remember. Yes I have heard Schneider is better than roehl how true that is I don't know. What companies do you think are best for a noob? Btw I'm looking in ohio.
