I had my MSLT on Sunday and I just got my results back. I didn't have any SOREMs, but my mean sleep latency was 4.9 minutes so, they noted a diagnosis of IH. I'm feeling great to have some sort of answers to be honest.
Hello, I'm currently doing my MSLT right now (just finished nap 4) and I'm so afraid I'm going to fail it? They're trying to see if I have N2 or IH but I can't tell for the life of me if I've napped at all or not. I feel like I've been too aware of everything around me during every nap, and too focused on trying to sleep. I'm overly anxious about it. tbh I really want to go home at this point. what happens if they don't find anything? does anyone have any insight on this? thanks.
