Contractor said the roofers wouldn't replace fascia we could check it for damage after the roof is on and replace it as necessary. I'm like who the fuck does that? That's exactly what roofers do in my opinion, I mean you got to cut the top of the fascia the same angle as rafters coming down so it doesn't have a wonky edge and the sheathing can come down past the fascia duh. And you can nail the drip edge to it. How can you replace a fascia after the fact?
