A few study habits that genuinely improve grades (without burning yourself out):

• Don’t study by rereading notes only.
Active recall works better — test yourself instead of just highlighting everything.

• Start assignments earlier than you think you should.
Most academic stress comes from rushing, not difficulty.

• Learn how to structure essays properly.
A lot of students lose marks not because they lack ideas, but because their arguments are poorly organized.

A simple structure that helps:
Point → Evidence → Explanation → Analysis.

• Read academic sources regularly.
Even 10–15 minutes a day improves your writing style and critical thinking over time.

Stop trying to sound “too smart.”
Clear, direct arguments usually score higher than complicated wording that says very little.

• Take breaks strategically.
Studying for 10 hours straight while exhausted is less effective than focused sessions with proper breaks.

And honestly, struggling academically doesn’t mean you’re not intelligent. Most of us were simply never taught effective writing, research, or study techniques properly.

If anyone ever needs help with structuring essays, research, editing, structuring assignments, or improving academic writing, feel free to reach out privately for some guidance.

Always happy to help make university life a little less stressful.

Cheers Y'all.
