Reddit plays Anarchy Monopoly. [Turn 1]
The long awaited sequel to anarchy chess BUT IN 3D!!! Now presenting "Reddit Plays 3D Anarchy Monopoly", featuring Clara and Jonathan.
Same as previously, we're working within Unity environment, which basically means we can do just about anything.
The game rules follows basic monopoly rules and the game will auto play according to them (Tax money gets placed on free parking).
The game will pause and wait for Reddit's actions upon a forced decision or at the end of the turn. Otherwise, it will auto-play (unless Reddit specifies otherwise).
The game will end either when a player makes a payment without having sufficient money (and does not have an automatic way to earn it) or on Turn 100. I will not warn you beforehand.
Reddit decides what move to make by posting comments. This time the voting is not simply top comment wins, but rather, randomly decided proportional voting, based on upvotes, meaning that potentially any comment can win the move (max 10 comments).
Once your comment is chosen, I will reply to it with the term "Locked in". That way everyone will know this comment won.
Your comment doesn't have to be just one move. You can write multiple decisions/actions in one comment. Especially when it comes to stuff like trades.
Anything you write will occur. There is no discussion between players, actions occur once the comment wins.
Note: Only the initial comment is eligible for voting on the next move. Replies are not. Please keep that in mind.
I would like to do this daily, but I won't be able to. Quality over quantity this time. Including a brand new animation system.
Some additional notes: changing the characters too much is not allowed (animations are hard set to these characters). You can make additions to these characters but alterations will be heavily restricted.
Simulations will be simplified (I will cut corners if I have to).
I will now be uploading these videos to youtube since Reddit's compression is unusably bad and size restrictions are too low. I'm also increasing resolution to 4K cinematic.
No audio, since that's still too hard to do.
Happy gaming!
