Hello lovely people. I've been asked to interview for a fully remote role. My current job is 1/2 days in office which I find very manageable. Reasons why I would consider leaving include a lot of pressure and longer hours at quarter end and my manager is a lot. Some reasons why I would consider not interviewing in the new remote job include tech industry job and I'm unsure of the work culture surrounding it and also I'm not sure if my heart is in it.

What would you do?
