Hi everyone! My fiancé and I are getting married in January and can’t decide on a honeymoon location. We want a mix of adventure/culture/experiences with some relaxing beach days mixed in for that “honeymoon” feel. We’re flying out of Louisiana. Our budget is less than $10k, but goal is to stay around $7k. Length of stay 12 days max, but open to fewer days for pricier locations, as long as it’s at least 7 days long. We want to visit at least 2 places, but still manage to limit travel time as much as possible.
Right now we’re debating:
Thailand, Vietnam, and/or Philippines - We want to pick at least 2 of these to visit
Hawaii - Thinking Maui & Kauai, but open to others
Maldives - This is our least favorite choice because we think we’d get “bored”. I know that sounds very silly.
We’re open to any ideas and want to hear about other people’s experiences!! Tell us literally anything even if it’s completely different than what we’re thinking!
