We would like to replace this show fixture because it has been damaged by hard mineral deposits over time. We are told that unless we find a replacement part by the same manufacturer that the effort involved to replace will likely require opening up the wall and changing valves etc (very expensive). If any of you experts out there know the brand/manufacturer we would greatly appreciate it. We believe that the original owner to our apartment probably had this installed about ~20 years ago.

p.s., i contacted Hansgrohe and asked them if this was their fixture and they said it was not so we can eliminate that from the list of possibilities.
