This is our SH barrel with a slotted PVC filter at the bottom which has a full stainless t bolt clamp at the bottom. We’ve had this SH (55 gallons) for about 5 days with no issue. This is what remains (about 15 gallons) and it has turned brown seemingly within the past few days. I’m wondering if it’s the clamp rusting? If so, what are better clamp alternatives for the bottom of the tank?
