I've seen some work being done inside. Anyone know what's happening?

I live downtown. Five or six times in the last month, I've heard screaming in my alley.

It's always the same woman (white, maybe in her fifties, raspy voice, possibly unhoused) – screaming at the same man (black, maybe in his thirties).

She follows him down the street, flipping out in a deranged, spittle-flecked frenzy, and he just tries to get away from her.

The first time, she screamed "you're a [N-word]! you're a [N-word]!" at him, about thirty times, while he was just walking away.

On other occasions, she's loudly and repeatedly accused him of "raping [her] for the last three years". I think she brandished a knife at him once. She's also been sticking her cell phone in his face, apparently taking video.

And, you know, maybe he did rape her – I have no way of knowing. But there's a difference between "PTSD" meltdown, and "I'm out of my everloving gourd on bath salts" meltdown – and the vibes here are squarely the latter. (Yesterday, she was ranting something about how "every man" lusts after her – which only cements the impression that she's deluded.)

Does anyone know who I'm talking about? What's her deal?

On the one hand, it's none of my business, and there's probably not much I can do anyway. On the other hand...what the actual fuck, lady?
