Regalia Gold to DCB Metal upgrade approved — doubts about RP transfer, milestones & upgrade form
After around 2 weeks of sending the upgrade request from Regalia Gold to DCB Metal, I finally got the approval mail today.
Honestly wasn’t expecting it because my in-hand monthly salary is only around 1.6L, but my last 6 months card spend was around 8–10L+, so I guess that helped.
Now I have a couple of doubts:
1- I currently have Regalia Gold reward points.
Should I let them get converted to DCB Metal points during the upgrade, or should I transfer/redeem them to Accor before upgrading?
2- I already completed the Regalia Gold 5L and 7.5L milestone spends but haven’t redeemed the vouchers yet.
Will I still be able to use/redeem those vouchers on the DCB Metal SmartBuy portal after the upgrade?
3- In the approval mail, they mentioned:
“Please fill the upgrade form available on the below link”
But there’s actually no link in the email 😅
Anyone knows which form they are referring to? Is it the card upgrade acceptance form or something else?
Would appreciate any guidance from people who upgraded recently.
