I have got a Qualcomm offer in Bangalore. My last working day in my current company is July 6th which is Monday. I have intentionally asked for Monday July 6th as my joining 4 yr Gratuity will be done on July 4th.. Now I got call from QCOM HR saying you have join on July 6th as they onboard only on Mondays otherwise July 13th. But if I leave my current company on July 3rd (Friday) I 'll get gratuity for 3 yrs only not 4 yrs.

so do Qualcomm only onboards on Monday, if Tuesday July 7th if they accept it might be good

Edit : one more doubt, it is mentioned that you will only be eligible for this year's Annual Review before mid July cutoff.
