Mid run mini bonk M23
So I ran 5 miles earlier at a moderate pace for me around 8:45 per mile.
The first two miles went smoothly and then i lost all energy and got heavy feeling legs. This normally last for about 10 minutes and then I'm back to feeling normal for the last 1.5 miles or so and this happens on a couple of runs weekly it seems.
I'm just curious if this has happened to any of you and if you know why it happens?
