I Think I Gotta Stop For a Little

Hey everyone! I’ve been smoking everyday now since 2020, I’m now 26 and have hit a point where I just can’t get high anymore.

When I first started smoking heavily every day, I would rip a good amount of packed bowls from my Sovereignty bong, which has a deeeeep bowl. When I hit 23, got my Master's and stuff, I started to realize it’s a bit too easy to smoke, even more with vape pens, so I decided to portion my weed into joints.

I would say I smoked about 3 or 4 joints throughout a day (standard size). Smoking hasn’t harmed or improved my social, work, or relationship life, and it's a reason I never felt a reason to stop. I love the feeling of smoking and being high, but sometimes it felt like I was just smoking to smoke.

Recently, I tried to dumb down the habit of smoking by using the 100mg St Ides instead! I definitely felt cravings of just wanting to smoke/the act of smoking but they have been keeping me satisfied. Last week l would drink an entire thing and feel great, it was cheaper than an equitable joint and made me higher than I had been in a while.

The last couple of days I definitely feel substantially more used to the THC levels, and that realization is why I’m making this post. I’ve been addicted to THC for a while, and I don't want to quit forever, but I want to be able to smoke a few puffs of a joint and be high like the old times.

It sucks that I can’t enjoy weed the way I’d like, and I would love tips and tricks you all have used to wean off weed, reset your tolerance, and overall have a healthier and more enjoyable time smoking.
