How to reach Mercor human support
Hi fellow Mercor contractors, I have been hired as Mercor expert and assigned a project. However, I have been in a limbo state in the systems, completed general onboarding but do not have access to project onboarding test. If I ask Mercor help, AI assistant reports back that my issue has been escalated, but it never gets any response after that.
Has anyone been in similar situation? How was it resolved?
How do I reach actual human support/project administrators to resolve issues?
