I wanted to share my experience working at a research/transcription company in Bangalore so others can make informed decisions.

The work expectations were extremely strict—zero tolerance for even minor errors, which created constant stress. There were also long working hours (often 12–13+ hours), limited leave flexibility, and no work-from-home options.

Compensation didn’t feel aligned with the workload, and there was little clarity on performance metrics or growth. Overall, it felt like burnout was common.

If you're considering roles in transcription/research, I’d strongly recommend asking detailed questions about:

  • Working hours
  • Error tolerance policies
  • Compensation structure
  • Leave policies

they scrapped ML (menstrual leave ) too and their leads like tuhina, siddharth don't even know how to behave and delicate.

Just sharing so others can evaluate better before joining. please inform authorities to crack down - i can't reveal my identities as of now
