Been talking to a few small business owners recently and noticed something interesting:

Almost everyone asks customers for reviews, but very few actually analyze them properly.

Reviews end up scattered across Google, Trustpilot, Facebook, etc. and after a while nobody has time to keep checking everything manually.

That’s basically what pushed me to start building a small SaaS around customer feedback + review monitoring.

Still figuring things out and validating the idea, but it’s been interesting seeing how many businesses miss recurring complaints simply because the feedback is spread everywhere.
