Had a strong final-round interview for a risk role at SLC about 7 business days ago. I've followed up with the recruiter twice since and gotten no response at all. Not even a quick "still in process." The team is fairly new, so not sure if their process is just slow.

Is total recruiter silence after a final round normal, or does it usually mean something? Appreciate any perspective.
