Netgear Premium Support Plan - Am I Entitled to a Refund?
Last June (2025) I bought a ProSupport For Home USA subscription for my Netgear modem for 12 months. In October I received a Product End of Service Notification (their term) that, because my modem is so old, it was no longer eligible for maintenance and updates. To me, this means I paid for 12 months of service which Netgear basically ended after 4 months. Is there a way to get a refund for the 8 months they're not covering the device?
