Win 300 - request redemption, all of the sudden “additional verification needed”

I previously completed the verification process on my account, successfully redeemed winnings, and received a timely payout without issue. At that time, my identity was fully verified and accepted by your platform.
However, during my most recent redemption attempt, I was informed that additional “security” and verification checks were suddenly required before my funds could be released. Since then, I have repeatedly complied with every request made by your support team, including submitting identity documentation and multiple photographs of myself holding my identification.
Despite complying in good faith, I have been instructed to resubmit the same documents and selfies more than five times, often without clear explanation or meaningful communication afterward. I have also experienced long periods with little to no response from support regarding the status of my redemption.
This pattern of repeated requests, delays, and lack of communication appears unreasonable and excessive, particularly considering my account had already been previously verified and paid out successfully. The repeated document requests and continued delay in releasing my funds give the appearance that the process is being intentionally prolonged.
I am concerned that these practices may unfairly pressure players into canceling pending redemptions and continuing to gamble their winnings before they are paid out. Whether intentional or not, the effect of these delays is highly troubling and potentially inconsistent with fair business practices and your stated redemption policies.
