Sat Sri Akal everyone

I’m 37M, Been going through a phase where I struggle with self-esteem, constantly comparing myself to others, dealing with the pain of a past relationship and feeling anxious about the future.

On the outside, things may look okay, but internally there’s a lot of overthinking, insecurity and fear.

I want to understand this from a Sikhi perspective—not just intellectually, but in a practical, day-to-day way.

- How does Sikhi help build real self-worth without ego?

- How do we stop comparing ourselves to others and feel content?

- How can Gurbani help in moving on from a breakup or emotional attachment?

- How do you deal with fear of the future while still being responsible and ambitious?

I’ve heard concepts like Hukam, Seva, Naam Simran, and letting go of Haumai, but I struggle to actually apply them in real life.

Would really appreciate guidance, personal experiences, or even specific that helped you.

Thank you Ji
