What do you guys think of my budget friendly gravel?

I recently built up a Sunpeed Charon Pro with an aluminum frame and carbon fork. It has an integrated handlebar and a Shimano CUES 1x11 drivetrain, with an 11-45T cassette and 40T chainring.
The bike originally came with different tires, but I converted the wheels to tubeless and swapped them for 700x50 Schwalbe tires — RS in the rear and RX up front.
Everything is brand new, and the whole build came in at under $1,400 USD.
I’m really happy with how it turned out, especially considering the price. What do you guys think? Is this a legit budget-friendly gravel killer?
And for those who have experience with this kind of build: what would you recommend upgrading in the future? I’m mainly interested in getting the best performance and value without spending a fortune.

50mm tyre on 18mm Rim

Would you recommend running tubeless with 50mm tires on 18mm internal width rims?
I’m considering setting up my gravel bike tubeless, but my rims have an 18mm internal width and I’m running 700x50c tires.
Do you think this rim/tire combination is fine for tubeless, or is 18mm too narrow for a 50mm tire? Any issues with handling, tire stability, or burping at lower pressures?
Would appreciate any experience with a similar setup.
