Just bought a 97 ranger XLT 4x4 139,999 miles. What is this other solenoid. I know the blue one is for the starter. But what is the other one for. I have almost no power in the cab. The windows roll down and the switches work. But the cluster doesn't light up and the silver solenoid just clicks. Can
